The real estate investor CONREN Land has signed another lease at Mainzer Landstraße 61 (ML61) in Frankfurt’s banking district. The new tenant is AVIAREPS AG, which will move into around 823 m² of office space on the 4th floor.
The lease is scheduled to start in the third quarter of 2026. With the move from Kaiserstraße, the service provider for sales, marketing and public relations, which specialises in the tourism and aviation industry, is relocating its Frankfurt location to a modernised office property in the heart of the banking district.
The seven-storey “ML61” office property comprises around 5,400 m² of flexibly divisible office space for individual, classic and modern usage concepts. The building, which was built between 1992 and 1995 and extensively modernized in 2022, impresses with a redesigned, representative entrance area and a concise, address-forming presence in Frankfurt’s banking district.
With two further contracts signed in the previous year, the letting performance adds up to over 1,800 m², so that ML61 is now almost fully let, reflecting the continued high demand in the submarket.
The lease agreement on the tenant side was brokered by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
