The real estate investor CONREN Land AG has found another tenant for its Leipzig real estate portfolio in IMMANO Immobilien Verwaltungs GmbH.
The company, which specialises in the management, leasing and sale of real estate, has signed a long-term lease agreement for around 480 m² of office space in the office/commercial building complex at Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße 48B. IMMANO is thus relocating its Leipzig headquarters from Reudnitz to the Neustadt-Neuschönefeld district close to the city centre, thus optimising its space structure.
The property comprises around 5,700 m² of rental space and will achieve an occupancy rate of around 90% upon completion. The modern office space offers high-quality furnishings and flexible usage options. The central location ensures excellent connections to public transport and private transport
