Real estate investor CONREN Land is strengthening its management team: Rebekka Rauen has taken over the position of Head of Property Management on September 1, 2026. With the new addition, CONREN Land is specifically strengthening its expertise in property management and at the same time relying on an experienced leader who combines operational expertise with entrepreneurial thinking. From January 2027, the company will expand its management team with another new addition to the position of Head of Asset Management.
Rebekka Rauen has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, especially in property management. Most recently, she headed the Frankfurt branch of Tattersall Lorenz Immobilienmanagement since 2019. Previously, she also worked in property management in management positions at PATRIZIA and DIM Property Value, among others. Her experience includes operational real estate management and the support of different types of use as well as the development and management of teams and locations.
