Deka Immobilien has signed a new lease agreement for around 7,400 sqm of office space in Berlin-Mitte. A tenant from the public sector has secured the space in the “WYSE OFFICES” property at Schellingstraße 1 on a long-term basis and will move into the new premises at the beginning of 2027 after renovation and expansion.
With this letting, the office property “WYSE OFFICES” is fully let. The property is part of the portfolio of the open-ended real estate fund WestInvest ImmoValue, which is designed for institutional investors. The property has been certified “very good” with the British seal of approval for sustainable construction BREEAM Bestand.
Deka was advised on the lease by Savills’ Berlin office.
