CUBION Immobilien AG has successfully brokered a commercial space of around 350 m² at Bamler Straße 1-5 in Essen to Künz Deutschland GmbH. The rental unit in the Bamler Servicepark consists of 240 m² of office space and 110 m² of storage space.
Künz Deutschland GmbH is part of the internationally active Künz Group, which specialises in the development and manufacture of technical systems and solutions. With the new location in Essen, Künz is strengthening its proximity to customers in Germany and creating shorter distances for service and maintenance.
