FASTR, formerly EGC Energie- und Gebäudetechnik-Control, will take over operational responsibility for more than 400 heat generation plants from a residential property portfolio in southern Germany on 1 January 2027.
FASTR is thus further expanding its portfolio as a provider of energy services in Germany. The acquired plants will be operated on a long-term basis, continuously optimized and gradually decarbonized. FASTR is aligning them with future regulatory requirements on a site-specific basis as part of a technology-open approach.
The transfer of operational responsibility is structured and seamless. Nothing will change for tenants – the heating service will continue to be stable and reliable.
