Financial year 2025/26: Goldbeck Services continues its successful growth trajectory and generates 448.7 million euros

Goldbeck Services GmbH, part of the construction and services company Goldbeck, which operates throughout Europe, achieved a consolidated total output of EUR 448.7 million in the 2025/26 financial year. With growth of around EUR 83.4 million compared to the previous year, the company is thus continuing its successful business development and further expanding its market position in the field of integrated, building-related real estate services.

“The demand for integrated real estate services continued to rise in the past financial year. This is reflected not only in our positive business development, but above all in the trust of our customers and the growing importance of holistic solutions from a single source. For private and public portfolio holders, we are thus creating long-term valuable properties that meet ecological, economic and social requirements in equal measure,” says Dr. Andreas Iding, Managing Director of Goldbeck Services GmbH. “After all, the demands on real estate are growing continuously. Economic uncertainties, geopolitical tensions, volatile regulatory requirements and user needs are confronting private and public portfolio holders with a challenging market environment. Resilience, security of supply and sustainability are becoming decisive factors for the economic success, value stability and future viability of real estate. We meet these challenges with customer-oriented services along the entire real estate life cycle.”

Service units at a glance: growth drivers of the 2025/26 financial year

Goldbeck Facility Services further expand business

Goldbeck Facility Services GmbH achieved total revenues of EUR 133.1 million. This corresponds to an increase of 11.2 percent compared to the previous year. The development was driven by expanded mandates from existing customers, among other things. In addition, numerous new orders and the acquisition of new customers contributed to growth. Goldbeck Facility Services was thus able to further expand its market position and recorded increased order intake across all asset classes: from office buildings to production and logistics properties to public buildings such as schools, sports halls and rescue and security buildings. At the same time, the unit has further expanded its regional presence in the course of growth and increased the number of its branches in Germany from six to eleven. In addition to properties from Goldbeck’s new construction business, the third-party market is playing an increasingly important role.

Additional growth impetus came from the Solar & Energy business unit. In addition to the increasing demand for photovoltaic systems in the commercial sector, Goldbeck Facility Services also won a major order as part of a Europe-wide tender by the public sector.

Goldbeck Public Partners grow with strong school construction projects – PPP as an answer to current challenges

Goldbeck Public Partner GmbH achieved a successful financial year, in which total output rose to EUR 162.7 million. The main driver of this development was the completion of four major school construction projects. The company supports public clients within the framework of public-private partnerships (PPPs) throughout the entire life cycle of a property and assumes responsibility from planning and construction to long-term operation of up to 30 years. Cities and municipalities thus benefit from clear responsibilities, a high level of planning and cost certainty as well as reliable framework conditions over the entire life cycle of their buildings.

The projects completed in the financial year include the DGNB Platinum-certified Gymnasium Röhrmoos for around 900 pupils and a school campus in Nuremberg for around 1,100 pupils, which was realised to the passive house standard. Goldbeck Public Partner will take over the operation of both locations for 25 years.

In addition to the focus on educational buildings, the demand for public-private partnerships in other areas of public infrastructure, especially administrative, security and rescue buildings, is growing.

“Many municipalities are faced with the task of reconciling high investment requirements with the requirements for economic efficiency, transparency and adherence to deadlines. At the same time, the demand to operate public infrastructure reliably and sustainably in the long term is growing. This is why public-private partnerships are becoming more important. More and more public clients are recognizing the advantages of a lifecycle-oriented approach that combines planning, construction and operation, thus creating a high degree of cost and functional security,” emphasizes Dr. Andreas Iding.

Goldbeck Parking Services grow in the area of management and revitalization

Goldbeck Parking Services GmbH increased its total revenues by 12.3 percent to EUR 65.7 million, driven by numerous new management mandates, including major transport hubs such as Central German Airports, as well as by the continued high demand for maintenance and revitalization services for parking properties. Additional growth impetus resulted from the targeted further development of existing customer business and new location-specific offers for end customers.

A current example of the cross-lifecycle approach is the new multi-storey car park at the Dreiland-Klinikum in Lörrach. As part of a public-private partnership, a multi-storey car park with around 900 parking spaces will be realised and operations will then be taken over for 25 years. The project shows how construction, operation and long-term parking management can be seamlessly interlinked. Goldbeck Parking Services thus underlines its competence in operating, modernising and successfully developing parking properties economically throughout their entire life cycle and from a single source.

Goldbeck Technical Solutions benefits from stable order situation

Goldbeck Technical Solutions GmbH achieved a total output of EUR 52.5 million at a consistently high level. Large orders, especially in the area of energy-efficient residential renovation and the modernization of halls, ensured a stable order situation. At the same time, the unit made targeted investments in further growth and in the expansion of its network of locations.

Goldbeck Technical Solutions GmbH accompanies portfolio holders from the initial idea to the turnkey revitalised property – at a fixed flat rate. The range of services ranges from energy-efficient and functional partial and core renovations to conversions, extensions and extensions as well as tenant fit-outs to additions, changes of use and holistic revitalisation projects that are realised during ongoing operations.

Goldbeck Property Services further expand customer relationships and service portfolio

Goldbeck Property Services GmbH generated total revenues of around EUR 19.7 million. This corresponds to an increase of 14.2 per cent compared to the previous year. The number of commercial properties managed by technical and commercial property management throughout Germany grew to over 600, based on both the expansion of existing client relationships and the successful establishment of new mandates. In addition, Goldbeck Property Services is increasingly taking on the management of more complex properties and neighbourhoods with mixed-use concepts, including residential uses, and is further expanding its range of services for the implementation of special technical services and CapEx projects for its clients. Centre management also developed positively, especially in the area of letting services in the 18 managed retail parks and shopping centres.

Consistently high demand for consulting strengthens Goldbeck Sustainability Consulting

Goldbeck Sustainability Consulting further consolidated its market position as a partner for the sustainable transformation of existing buildings and real estate portfolios in the past financial year. The sustainability experts analysed almost 600 properties with a total area of over 1.6 million square metres and closely supported owners, asset managers and investors in the strategic development of their portfolios.

In view of economic uncertainties and changing regulatory frameworks, well-founded analyses, reliable decision-making bases and long-term sustainable transformation strategies remain key success factors for portfolio holders, asset managers and investors. One project example from the past financial year is the analysis of a heterogeneous European real estate portfolio for a technology company in the field of sustainable energy and industrial solutions. Here, the team of experts analysed the real estate portfolio with around 100 commercially used properties with regard to regulatory requirements, thus creating the basis for its strategic decarbonisation.

Goldbeck Sustainability Consulting provided additional impetus for the positive business development in the transaction business through holistic technical and sustainability-related purchase and sale reviews of existing properties.

Weiser expands nationwide presence in fire protection

Weiser GmbH Brandschutz & Technik achieved a total output of 15.2 million euros. The company, which specialises in fire protection technology as well as sprinkler and extinguishing water systems, successfully asserted itself on the market with its range of services consisting of consulting, project planning, planning, construction, testing, maintenance and repair, as well as its own product sales.

The financial year was characterised by a strong phase of change and growth. The number of active maintenance customers rose from around 1,200 to around 1,450. The assumption of technical fire protection services for further Goldbeck new construction projects also contributed to this. At the same time, Weiser expanded its personnel capacities, opened additional locations in Bochum, Stuttgart, Minden and Kiel and developed from a provider previously operating mainly in the Munich area to a fire protection specialist with a nationwide presence.

Summary and outlook

“The future of the real estate industry will be decided in the portfolio. Anyone who wants to operate buildings economically in the long term and at the same time adapt them to new requirements needs integrated solutions from a single source. This makes it all the more important to have partners who combine construction, operation and management expertise as well as revitalization and sustainability expertise. With this claim, we will continue to strengthen our role as an integrated real estate service provider along the entire life cycle, consistently develop our real estate services and expand them precisely where they create the greatest added value for owners and users. We will continue to consistently pursue this path in the coming financial year,” concludes Dr. Andreas Iding.
