FitX leases 2,300 m² in Düsseldorf
FitX Deutschland GmbH has leased around 2,300 m² at Oberrather Straße 6 in Düsseldorf on a long-term basis. The lease agreement with the fitness operator, which has over one million members in Germany, was concluded for a period of 15 years. The owner of the property is the Brune Immobilien Group. BNP Paribas Real Estate acted as an advisor with the Office Advisory Team.
Bürocenter Nord was developed by Walter Brune on the northeastern outskirts of Düsseldorf from the 1980s onwards. The quarter, which consists of six office buildings, is located in the Rath district and is connected to public transport via the neighbouring S-Bahn station and several tram lines. The A3, A44 and A52 motorways can be reached in a few minutes by car; the city centre and the airport are both around 10 minutes away. Due to ongoing investments and innovations, Bürocenter Nord has been awarded DGNB Gold status.
