Fraport AG has leased around 6,000 m² of office space in the landmark property THE SQUAIRE at Frankfurt Airport. The company, one of the international leaders in the airport business, will move into offices on levels 08 and 09.
The space is used by employees of the ZIM Central Infrastructure Management department, which manages the major projects, technical building equipment and structural maintenance at Frankfurt Airport.

THE SQUAIRE is Germany’s largest mixed-use commercial property. The building offers 140,000 m² of rental space and a diversified mix of uses with 65 per cent office, 30 per cent hotel space and 5 per cent retail and catering space. Tenants such as Atos, Michelin, Nemak Europe, Porsche Consulting and Regus underline the high quality of the location. In addition, there are two multi-award-winning Hilton hotels, retailers, leisure and service offerings as well as restaurants such as Paulaner and Alex Frankfurt.
The property is directly connected to Terminal 1 of Frankfurt Airport via a footpath and is located directly above an ICE long-distance train station. In addition, it is located on the A3 motorway and the B43 federal highway in the immediate vicinity of the Frankfurter Kreuz, one of the most important transport hubs in Europe.
THE SQUAIRE also includes an external nine-storey multi-storey car park with 2,500 car parking spaces, which is connected to the building via a mini-metro shuttle. A total of 80 e-charging points are also available to users there.
