The Panattoni Park Friedewald near Bad Hersfeld in eastern Hesse is fully let. With the 4PL Central Station Group (4PLCS), the logistics, industrial and commercial real estate developer Panattoni has gained a long-term tenant for the approximately 23,600 m² space. The property was handed over to the international logistics service provider on 1 July, which will use the property for the rail vehicle manufacturer Alstom in the future.
Due to its location between Kassel, Erfurt and Frankfurt and the immediate proximity to the entrance to the A4 motorway, Panattoni Park Friedewald offers optimal conditions for national and international logistics processes. Previously, the site was used for plastics production. Following the successful revitalisation by Panattoni, a modern and future-proof logistics park has been created here.
High efficiency through functionality and location

Doubly sustainably certified
Panattoni Park Friedewald also meets high standards in the area of sustainability. The project was awarded the DGNB Gold Certificate and received the DEBV Brownfield Certificate for the successful revitalisation of an industrial wasteland.
“With the preparation and conversion of the former brownfield and the full occupancy that has now been achieved, a project has been achieved that combines economic development and the responsible use of existing land. This is a gain for Friedewald and a good example of future-oriented location development,” sums up Julian Kempka, Mayor of Friedewald.
The tenant was brokered by Immolox GmbH, which was responsible for marketing in a co-lead mandate with primelog.
