Panattoni has fully let Panattoni Park Mainz Süd before completion in August. Coating Concepts uses around 9,400 m² of logistics, office and mezzanine space and creates 140 jobs. DGNB Gold certification, PV and heat pump are planned; direct connection to A63/A61.

Start of construction for new Panattoni Park in Altdorf near Nuremberg

Panattoni has started earthworks for a new business park in Altdorf near Nuremberg. 25,100 m² of hall, 2,060 m² of office space and 2,390 m² of mezzanine space are planned; a total of around 29,500 m². A PV system of up to 2.5 MWp and DGNB Gold are planned.

Panattoni plans new business park east of Vienna: Purchase of land in Schwechat

Panattoni has acquired a plot of land in Schwechat, east of Vienna, where it is developing the Panattoni Park Wien Ost with 16,050 m² for light industrial and logistics uses. The location near the airport impresses with very good connections and is expected to reach DGNB Gold.

Development of the new Panattoni Park Augsburg Ost from 2027

From Q1 2027, Panattoni will develop the Panattoni Park Augsburg Ost in Aichach with 18,160 m² of usable space (15,800 m² hall, 880 m² office/social, 1,480 m² mezzanine). Completion is scheduled for Q1 2028. The location between Augsburg and Munich relies on DGNB gold, PV, charging infrastructure and heat pumps.

Major project at the GVZ Bremen: Panattoni and Nagel-Group develop new mega-center for food logistics

Panattoni and the Nagel-Group are developing a 36,650 m² mega-centre for food logistics in the Bremen freight village. Construction is scheduled to begin in October 2026 and will be completed in December 2027, with plans for around 400 jobs and a sustainable energy concept with PV and battery storage (DGNB Gold targeted).

Panattoni is developing a logistics and industrial park on 44,000 m² in Müllheim, south of Freiburg. Construction will start in Q1 2027; first space at the end of 2027, completion Q1 2028.

Groundbreaking ceremony for the Panattoni Campus Cologne East

Panattoni broke ground for the Cologne East campus in Porz on 9 June. The City Dock will be built first, followed by Panattoni Park in late summer 2026; Completion 2027. More than 42,000 m² of rental space are being built on the former Stollwerck site, with the aim of DGNB Platinum.
