Groundbreaking ceremony for the Panattoni Campus Cologne East

Panattoni broke ground for the Cologne East campus in Porz on 9 June. The City Dock will be built first, followed by Panattoni Park in late summer 2026; Completion 2027. More than 42,000 m² of rental space are being built on the former Stollwerck site, with the aim of DGNB Platinum.
