Goldbeck Facility Services, part of the construction and services company Goldbeck, which operates throughout Europe, is further expanding its customer relationship with the MOMENI Group and is now also taking over facility management for an office property in Berlin.
The six-storey property was completed in 2010, comprises around 7,250 square metres of rental space and has, among other things, a large-glazed atrium as a central entrance and distribution area for the conference and event rooms as well as the offices above. The tenant of the property is a public institution.
Goldbeck is responsible for both technical and infrastructural building management as part of the contract. This includes, among other things, maintenance and repair of the technical systems as well as infrastructural services for smooth operation.
“With this mandate, we are further expanding our activities in the third-party market: We are also contributing our expertise in holistic building management to existing properties that have not been realised by Goldbeck,” says Nils Lueken, Managing Director of Goldbeck Facility Services. “At the same time, the project shows that we are also a reliable partner for the public sector as users as well as property owners and operators.”
With the new order, Goldbeck Facility Services is also expanding its cooperation with the real estate management of the MOMENI Group. Several projects are already being successfully operated together. MOMENI manages the property as part of a nationwide high-quality portfolio on behalf of the owner.
“We are pleased to further expand our proven cooperation with Goldbeck Facility Services with the first joint property in Berlin. It is crucial for us that the operation is efficiently organized and that the services are consistently adapted to the requirements of the user. Goldbeck brings the necessary professionalism and expertise to the table,” says Christoph Schenkel, Senior Real Estate Manager at MOMENI.
