HAMBURG TEAM and OTTO WULFF are starting sales for 64 condominiums in the Berlin residential project HEY Charlottenburg. The apartments are being built on the western part of the quarter at Quedlinburger Straße 12 on Mierendorff Island in Charlottenburg.
The shell is currently in the final phase and is scheduled for completion in early summer. At the same time, the first expansion work has already begun on the interior. Completion of the quarter with 337 apartments, a daycare centre and various communal areas as well as two private green courtyards is scheduled for mid-2027.
The condominiums offered at the start of sales are spread over three buildings – the Passagen House, the Icon House and the Garden House – and cover a wide range of different housing needs. The spectrum ranges from compact one-room apartments to spacious maisonettes with four to five rooms, private entrances and space for the whole family. The living areas vary between 30 and 152 m².

Architecturally, the project is characterised by a sophisticated design by the Berlin office KSP Engel with sustainable building and energy concepts. Among other things, the KfW 55-NH standard, photovoltaic systems, heat pumps and green roofs are planned.
The residential ensemble benefits from its location on Mierendorff Island, its proximity to City West and very good public transport connections. Generously designed green inner courtyards create protected open spaces and promote neighbourly encounters.
