HIH Invest sells office building in the Waldschlösschenviertel in Dresden
HIH Invest has sold an office building in the Radeberger Vorstadt in Dresden to the SK Group. The transaction was carried out as part of an asset deal. The property with the address Am Waldschlösschen 2 and 4/Am Brauhaus 5 has been part of the portfolio of a fund managed by HIH Invest since 2020. The five-storey property, which encloses three green inner courtyards, was built in 1996. It is almost fully let and accommodates various tenants on almost 13,000 square metres of office space.
The property comprises 12,769 square metres of rental space. In addition, 252 underground parking spaces are available to tenants. The property is located in the established Waldschlösschen district not far from Dresden’s Neustadt district. The location is characterized in particular by its location close to the city center as well as the good connection to Dresden’s city center and the supra-regional traffic axes via the B 6.
