On 1 January 2027, IC Immobilien Gruppe will take over commercial and accounting property management for a four-part office ensemble with approx. 152,000 m² on behalf of DZ BANK and has already begun the gradual takeover. The space is located in the heart of Frankfurt and forms the bank’s corporate headquarters, the DZ BANK Campus, on Platz der Republik.
In addition to smaller retail spaces on the ground floor and a daycare center, the four-part multi-tenant ensemble includes modern office space, most of which is used by DZ BANK itself. In addition to City-Haus I from the early 1970s, the ensemble also includes City-Haus II, built in the 1980s, and the adjoining pavilion, which was completed in 2016. The Westendstraße 1 property completes the traditional ensemble as a defining part of Frankfurt’s banking district.
This is DZ BANK’s second mandate for IC Immobilien Gruppe, which has been managing the directly adjacent Fifty Avon office property at Mainzer Landstrasse 50 with approx. 21,000 m² of rental space since March 2026.
