INDUSTRIA, a real estate manager from Frankfurt am Main and part of the Becken Group, has been commissioned by Commerz Real to manage 90 rental apartments with a total of 8,541 square metres of rental space in the One Forty West hotel and residential tower in Frankfurt. The mandate includes commercial and technical property management.
The 140-metre-high One Forty West was built between 2017 and 2021 on the site of the former AfE tower on the Senckenberganlage 13-17 site in the Westend district and is part of the portfolio of Commerz Real’s open-ended real estate fund hausInvest. The lower 23 floors house a hotel, above which there are both rented apartments and condominiums.
