Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate (BHRE) and infinitSpace, operators of flexible workspaces, have entered into a strategic partnership to jointly realize high-quality flexworkspaces. For BHRE, the cooperation opens up the opportunity to further expand its long-term approach to active real estate management and to implement innovative, future-oriented usage concepts for commercial real estate.
For infinitSpace, the collaboration marks another milestone on its European growth path. The partnership combines the company’s many years of expertise in operating service-oriented, flexible working environments with its proprietary technology platform, creating the basis for a seamless user experience – from the first contact to everyday work on site.

The opening of the first joint location is planned for October 2026 in Munich. It will be infinitSpace’s first location in Munich, the third in Germany and the thirteenth worldwide.
