The nationwide real estate specialist Lübke Kelber can report two successful residential transactions in Dresden. The branch there accompanied two deals with a total of around 1,400 residential units.
The portfolio includes several residential properties in Dresden, including two larger property clusters and an apartment building. The deals were accompanied as part of a classic marketing process. Buyers, sellers and the financial details of the transactions were not disclosed.
“The successful start to the year shows that Dresden’s residential real estate market continues to attract great investor interest,” says André Heinrich, Executive Director at Lübke Kelber in Dresden. “The city is benefiting from strong economic development, especially in future-oriented industries such as the semiconductor industry. At the same time, an important university location and a growing population ensure a stable demand for housing.”
The demand for the properties on offer was correspondingly high. “We would like to thank all those involved for their trust and will continue to be available with our expertise in the future,” says Heinrich. Lübke Kelber accompanied the entire transaction process and supported sellers and investors in all phases of marketing.
