With today’s effect, Martin Riedißer is strengthening DSK Deutsche Stadt- und Grundstücksentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH as the market-leading and only nationwide urban developer in Germany. As Special Representative for Southern Germany, he will strategically further expand DSK’s market position in Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria.
Martin Riedißer was Managing Director of LBBW Immobilien Kommunalentwicklung GmbH in Stuttgart for 13 years until recently, and before that he was an authorized signatory and division manager. The graduate engineer studied surveying in Stuttgart and Calgary and has been working in urban development for over 30 years. He has experience in project management and as an urban planner, has built up various business areas in terms of content and strategy during his career, and has earned the highest esteem in a dense network in the municipal family, especially in southern Germany.

We want to grow here and contribute our know-how from 70 years of urban planning services to the benefit of the municipalities.
