Continuity in project development: With effect from 1 August 2026, Maximilian Blau will be appointed to the Management Board of e+k Development GmbH. The long-standing employee will assume operational responsibility for the project development division of e+k AG in the future.
In his new role, he will manage the areas of acquisition, project development and project implementation and be responsible for their strategic development.
The 36-year-old has been working for e+k since 2019, most recently as Senior Manager Project Development. During this time, he was responsible for numerous formative real estate projects in the Munich metropolitan region. These include the HEIMERAN office and commercial building in Munich’s Westend, B.munich in the immediate vicinity of Munich’s main railway station and other development mandates currently underway, which are currently being implemented. In total, Maximilian Blau has almost ten years of experience in project development and brings extensive expertise to the company’s management.

He knows our processes and projects very well and has already successfully accompanied numerous projects within the framework of service development mandates.
