BNP Paribas Real Estate continues to expand its National Investment (NIT) team: Maximilian Weis (37) started on May 1 as Director National Investment in Munich and, together with the ten-strong nationwide team led by Franc Gockeln (Head of Office Investment), will handle large-volume office transactions for national and international clients. Together with his colleague Junes Beier, Weis will focus on the investment business in Munich and southern Germany and will also accompany major transactions throughout Germany.
Maximilian Weis has more than 14 years of experience in the commercial real estate market and many years of market and network knowledge of the German commercial real estate market with a focus on capital markets, institutional investors and complex real estate and investment transactions. His professional focus was on the long-term support of demanding mandates of an international corporate, institutional investors as well as on the support of large-volume and strategic real estate transactions. Most recently, Weis worked for five years as Director Capital Markets at Knight Frank in Munich, and before that for over six years at Cushman & Wakefield in the office agency/letting division.
