NAI apollo, one of the leading owner-managed consulting firms for commercial real estate in Germany, is strategically expanding its expertise in residential real estate investment: With the newly created position of Head of Residential Investment, the company is sending a clear signal for the targeted strengthening of this business area.
The role will be taken over by Mario Stanke, who will also be promoted to Associate Director. Stanke has been with NAI apollo for five years and has helped shape the investment team in various roles.
The expansion of this unit reflects the growing importance of residential real estate as an asset class in its own right.
