Newmark advised EnOcean GmbH on the lease of over 1,000 square meters of office and laboratory space for its headquarters in the Weisses Quartier at St.-Martin-Straße 78 in Munich-Giesing. The property is owned by Allgemeine SÜDBODEN together with joint venture partner ESR Europe.

EnOcean GmbH manufactures maintenance-free wireless switches and sensors that harvest their energy from the environment (energy harvesting) and offers sensor-to-cloud solutions for sustainable Internet of Things (IoT) applications in office buildings, hotels, airports, schools and universities, among others.

Weisses Quartier is located on a former Siemens site and was extensively renovated in 2025. The ensemble was supplemented by a new attic with terraces. Green leases help to ensure that the district meets today’s requirements for sustainable working environments and is operated in a climate-friendly way.
