The owner-managed real estate project developer PANDION is further developing the management of its regional locations and is relying on experienced managers from within its own ranks. Bettina Klenk, branch manager in Stuttgart, has also taken over the management of the Munich branch on February 1, 2026. Marylin Lendowski has been responsible for the Berlin branch since February 1, 2026.
With the expansion of her area of responsibility, Bettina Klenk will take over the management of the two southern German locations in Munich and Stuttgart in the future. Klenk is a proven industry expert with many years of experience in real estate project development and excellent market knowledge in southern Germany. In Munich in particular, she is well connected from previous professional positions. In Stuttgart, she has made a significant contribution to the successful development of the projects and the team there in a short time.
The previous Munich branch manager Reinhold Raster, who has built up and shaped the location over more than two decades, will retire in the course of this year. PANDION would like to thank him for his many years of commitment and services to the Munich location.
In Berlin, too, PANDION is relying on continuity from within its own ranks: Marylin Lendowski has taken over the function of branch manager on February 1, 2026. She was previously deputy branch manager and was already responsible for the company’s central projects in the capital. As an experienced project developer, she has extensive expertise in the development of sophisticated residential and office projects as well as a very good network in the Berlin real estate market.
