PANDION AG has successfully completed the OFFICEHOME Rise office project in Düsseldorf and handed over the first space to the anchor tenant EY. The building offers 35,000 square metres of office space, is DGNB Gold certified and is located in a prime urban location.
In Bonn Bad Godesberg, the foundation stone was laid for the PANDION PRINZZ residential quarter. A total of 133 residential units are being built, with building construction scheduled to begin in February 2026. The quarter is characterized by sustainability and modern facilities.
The owner-managed company PANDION AG, a leading project developer for high-quality residential and commercial projects in German A-cities, plans to extend the corporate bond 2021/2026 as part of a comprehensive concept for the realignment of the financing structure.
Two residential buildings and a daycare centre have been successfully completed and handed over in the PANDION ALBERTUSSEE project. A total of 750 residential units will be built on the 42,000 square metre site by 2029.
The tenant is the software company IFS Deutschland GmbH. Around 800 square metres of modern office space in a central and urban location. Occupation of the areas from February 2026.
