The PKF hospitality group is strengthening its German consulting team led by Ulrike Schüler with Tobias Siegel. The proven hotel and serviced living expert took up his position on September 1 and will support national and international consulting mandates from the Berlin office. Siegel already worked for the PKF hospitality group between 2019 and 2024 and during this time he particularly shaped the development of the Serviced Living consulting division.
With his return, PKF hospitality group gains a consultant with extensive market knowledge and international hotel industry experience. During his first time with the company, he was not only responsible for building up serviced living expertise on a global level, but also accompanied numerous projects in the areas of hotels, serviced apartments, co-living and aparthotels. In his new role, he will place a special focus on the German market in the future.
“The German hotel and serviced living market continues to offer attractive prospects despite the challenging economic conditions. International investors in particular continue to see Germany as an interesting location in the long term. I am very pleased to return to the PKF hospitality group and to accompany and further develop challenging hotel and serviced living projects in Germany and Europe together with the team,” says Siegel.
Before switching to hotel consulting, the trained hotel specialist gained operational experience in international luxury hotels in Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Hong Kong and Dubai. He also completed a bachelor’s degree in International Hotel Management at The Hague hotel school and an MBA at the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
