The PKF hospitality group has found an operator for serviced apartments for the Midstad Berlin Schloßstraße project of the project developer Midstad. In the future, Brera Serviced Apartments will operate 56 apartments at Schloßstraße 123 in Berlin.
Brera Serviced Apartments is thus continuing to grow and is expanding its portfolio with a new location in Berlin. With the house, the company is also opening its first location in the German capital. “Berlin is one of the most important business and innovation locations in Europe and thus a logical next step on our growth course. We have been pursuing our expansion in a very targeted manner for years, focusing on locations that strategically complement our portfolio and offer our guests real added value. With our first hotel in Berlin, we are creating an attractive offer for business travellers, project staff and city travellers and at the same time strengthening our presence in one of the most important markets in Germany,” says Matteo Ghedini, founder and CEO of Brera Serviced Apartments.
The apartments on an area of around 1,800 square meters are being built on floors three and four of the building and are arranged around an inner courtyard. The lower floors will continue to house retail space, including a Peek & Cloppenburg store and a modern fitness studio with wellness area by FITSEVENELEVEN.
With the integration of serviced apartments, Midstad is supplementing the existing retail use with a hospitality offering, thus strengthening the mixed-use of the location in one of the most important shopping streets in the southwest of Berlin.

The 56 serviced apartments are aimed in particular at business travellers, but also at leisure guests who want a little more space and guests with medium and longer stays. Due to the central location in Schloßstraße, they benefit from the good connections and the urban infrastructure of the surrounding area.
