Aigner Immobilien GmbH has brokered an apartment building with 16 residential units in Kaiserstraße in Munich’s sought-after Schwabing district. The property is located on a 520 square meter plot near the English Garden.
The building was built in 1960 and has 420 square meters of rentable space. The residential units extend over a mix of 28 to 32 square metres.
The transaction was carried out as part of a structured off-market procedure. The seller was a private individual, the buyer was an asset manager. The purchase price and the exact location were not disclosed.
