The PRIMESTAR Group is further expanding its presence in the German capital and is taking over the established serviced apartment business at Goethestraße 87 in Berlin City West, which was previously known as “Townhouse Berlin” and was managed under the umbrella of Revo. The property with its 47 apartments will be repositioned as June Stay Berlin from September 2026. This will make it PRIMESTAR’s third address under the June brand in Berlin and the second June opening of 2026 after the June SIX Salzburg A Tribute Portfolio Hotel in March.
The acquisition is a further step in the continued expansion of PRIMESTAR’s integrated June platform and strengthens the Group’s position in one of Europe’s most dynamic urban hospitality markets. The new addition to the June portfolio complements the very successful June SIX Berlin City West at Savignyplatz with a specific long-stay offer. Together with the newly signed June SIX & Stay Warschauer Platz – the brand’s future flagship with around 350 keys – the new hotel anchors a networked June Hotel hub in the capital.
With her “travel.work.live.” ecosystem bundles PRIMESTAR June SIX, June Stay and WorX into a unified, modular and fully integrated offering for guests. With three June hotels operating or under development in Berlin, guests will be able to seamlessly switch between boutique hotel stays, extended-stay living and workspace offerings, while the Group continues to consistently expand its presence in this core market.
A growing June cluster in Berlin
Located in the established district of Charlottenburg, just a few minutes from its sister house June SIX Berlin City West on Savignyplatz, June Stay Berlin is located in the middle of one of the city’s liveliest lifestyle districts – surrounded by boutiques and galleries on Kurfürstendamm and the lively cafés and restaurants of Kantstraße. The proximity of the two properties enables them to operate as a networked June hub with a common service philosophy and technology platform, giving guests the freedom to seamlessly switch between boutique hotel stay and long-stay living.
At the city level, June Stay Berlin and June SIX Berlin City West form the western anchor of a larger June network, which will be supplemented in the future by June SIX & Stay Warschauer Platz in the east of the city. Together, the hotels combine hospitality, extended-stay living, working, transport connections, gastronomy and culture to form a flexible urban guest journey and at the same time create operational synergies for PRIMESTAR in the capital.
Complete rebranding to the next-generation stay concept within record time
As part of the rebranding, there will be an extensive reinvestment program that will upgrade both the property and the operational infrastructure. The measures taken will improve the guest experience and further strengthen the property’s long-term market position. The property will be gradually transitioned to the June platform, including the integration of the PRIMESTAR operating systems, the digital guest journey and the brand standards. After completion of the transition process, the property will be operated as June Stay Berlin; operation under PRIMESTAR will begin on September 1, 2026.

At the heart of the experience is June’s market-leading technology platform, enabling a fully digital and frictionless guest journey. From booking and WhatsApp-based check-in to an AI-powered digital concierge and smart in-room functionalities, guests control their entire stay with just a few taps on their smartphone. Services such as June Barista allow guests to order coffee directly from their smartphone and enjoy it freshly prepared without waiting – an added convenience in the extended-stay experience.
The acquisition also underlines PRIMESTAR’s ability to quickly integrate and reposition existing businesses – following the rapid rebranding and successful relaunch of the June SIX Salzburg A Tribute Portfolio Hotel.
