ProOmea GmbH wins Katrin Jörger as Transaction Manager
Katrin Jörger is moving from Aberdeen Investments to ProOmea on 01.09.2026. There she will continue to expand the transaction area with immediate effect.
ProOmea GmbH is continuing its growth trajectory and further expanding its transaction area: On September 1, 2026, Katrin Jörger will join the technology-supported real estate company as Transaction Manager, where she will take on a central role in the further expansion of the transaction area.
Before joining ProOmea, Jörger worked for three years as a transaction manager at Aberdeen Investments. Previously, she was employed at JLL. With her experience, she supports ProOmea in further expanding transaction activities, professionalizing processes and structures, and implementing the investment and corporate strategy. In particular, she contributes to the systematic preparation of transactions, the consolidation of relevant project and market data, and the efficient coordination of cooperation between investors, project partners and other stakeholders.
Targeted reinforcement in a dynamic market environment
ProOmea supports investors, family offices and project developers in the analysis, structuring and implementation of residential projects. By combining project development, subsidy consulting, transaction consulting and brokerage, the company creates a comprehensive basis for economically viable and investable projects.
