Another step in the Danish housing market: Quantum acquires Bernhards Have, a modern residential complex in the exclusive district of Frederiksberg, for an institutional investor. The property impresses with its high-quality architecture, an excellent location and a sustainable energy standard.
Quantum is consistently pursuing its growth strategy in the Danish housing market: Quantum Immobilien KVG has acquired the Bernhards Have property in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen, for an individual mandate managed by it. The complex comprises 46 privately financed residential units with a total of around 4,550 m² of rental space and was completed in 2021. The sellers are two private individuals.
The residential complex consists of three buildings with a shared underground car park. A characteristic clinker brick façade, spacious balconies and communal roof terraces with greenhouses characterise the special character of the ensemble.

Bernhards Have is located in the Frederiksberg district, which is considered an independent municipality and green island within the Copenhagen metropolitan area and is known for its lively, upscale ambience. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the Copenhagen Business School, established residential areas and extensive parks. Copenhagen’s city centre can be reached by metro in about ten minutes.

The transaction took place as part of a share deal. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. Quantum was advised by the law firm Bruun & Hjejle, PwC and Emcon. The seller was advised by EDC Poul, Erik Bech and Donatzky & Partners.
