REALOGIS Immobilien Düsseldorf GmbH (REALOGIS), part of the REALOGIS Group, Germany’s leading consulting firm for industrial and logistics real estate as well as commercial properties, has won a new tenant for a logistics property in Dortmund. The property at Strümpenbusch 3 is owned by CityLink, a leading real estate platform for last-mile logistics, which acquired the property in 2021 via REALOGIS.
The contract was concluded following the expiry of the previous lease and ensures the continuous, long-term occupancy of the property. The sole user of the property, which was built in 1990 on a plot of around 15,000 m² in the Oestrich industrial estate in the northwest of Dortmund, will be LAMPAG GmbH. It is part of the internationally active Alu Group and a leading producer of Schüco windows, doors and façade solutions.
The property has around 5,950 m² of lettable space, of which around 4,530 m² is storage space and 1,420 m² is office space on the ground floor and first floor. The property is supplemented by an outdoor area of around 3,000 m², which can be used for car and truck parking spaces as well as for storage.
The site has very good transport connections to the A42, A2 and A45 motorways and thus offers optimal conditions for urban logistics and distribution concepts. Dortmund is one of Germany’s leading logistics markets and benefits from its central location within the Ruhr metropolitan region.
