MEAG is strengthening its business with institutional clients and is appointing René Zeidan as Head of Distribution in German-speaking countries as of July 1, 2026. In this role, he is responsible for MEAG’s institutional client business in the DACH region and reports to Heiko Wunderlich, Managing Director Institutional Clients.
René Zeidan has many years of experience in the international financial industry with a focus on institutional sales and strategic market development. He joins from MetLife Investment Management, where he most recently served as Head of Germany & Austria – Institutional Client Group. Previously, he held various sales roles, including at Allianz Global Investors and MainFirst Asset Management.
