The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the Bremen-Hamburg axis and comprises around 520 m² of hall space and around 340 m² of office space.
The buyer is Staude Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG, a subsidiary of Mobile Sanitärsysteme Staude GmbH & Co. KG. The company is already broadly positioned with a total of five locations – including in Bremen, Vechta, Papenburg and Osnabrück – and is now expanding its network with another location in Oyten. The seller of the property is urban.workshop GmbH.
