Savills is continuing to drive forward the bundling and further development of its Property & Facility Management (PM & FM) and Building & Project Consultancy (BPC) business lines and has strengthened the team with Anna-Maria Theobald as of 1 April 2026. As Associate Director Business Development Professional Service, she will be responsible for the strategic development of the Professional Services business units and the expansion of sustainable customer relationships. The focus is particularly on identifying new market potential, developing innovative growth strategies and strengthening the company’s market position. In this role, she will report to Daniel Gerdelmann, Managing Director, Facility Management | Building & Project Consultancy at Savills.

Anna-Maria Theobald has many years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Savills, she most recently worked for the HIH Group since 2015. There, she was initially responsible for tasks in commercial property management and was most recently active as a manager in business development.
