BNP Paribas Real Estate is further expanding its Logistics & Industrial Investment business in Germany: Joachim F. Fahlmann (38) has been Director Logistics & Industrial Investment at the Munich office since 1 June 2026. In this role, together with the national team and in close cooperation with the Munich-based Logistics & Industrial Advisory Team, he will further strengthen the market penetration in southern Germany and advise national and international clients on transactions in the field of logistics real estate.
Joachim F. Fahlmann has extensive experience in the field of commercial real estate with a focus on logistics and industrial investments. Most recently, he was Director Industrial & Logistics Transactions at PTXRE GmbH (formerly neoshare Real Estate GmbH) in Munich. Prior to that, he gained extensive expertise at JLL for several years, where he held various positions – most recently as a director – and accompanied significant transactions in the logistics segment. He began his career at Immobilien Zentrum GmbH, among others, as well as at BEOS AG and PATRIZIA Immobilien AG.
