Stifel Financial Corp. (NYSE: SF) today announced the appointment of Mika Melamies as Managing Director in the Global Technology Group, to strengthen its presence in the Nordics.
Mika joins from Nomura, where he spent three years as Co-Head of Nordic Investment Banking, leading Nordic operations and working with Nordic climate tech, industrial technology, software and business services companies. Prior to joining Nomura, he spent 15 years at Carnegie Investment Bank, building a track record in IPOs, public takeovers, and M&A deals, advising corporates, entrepreneurs and the leading Nordic financial sponsors. During his career, Mika has advised on 15 IPOs, over 100 M&A and ECM deals in the Nordic region and the Baltic states.
