Aigner Immobilien GmbH has successfully brokered an apartment building from the 1960s to a housing company on behalf of two private owners. The property is located on a plot of around 1,400 square metres near the “Moosach” underground station and has 825 square metres of rentable space, spread over four full floors. Due to regular maintenance measures, the property is in a well-maintained condition.
The sale was carried out off-market via the internal network of Aigner Immobilien. The purchase price and exact location remain undisclosed at the request of the contracting parties.
