PATRIZIA GrundInvest sells fund property in Copenhagen – over 200% total return expected for investors

PATRIZIA GrundInvest is selling a residential property in Copenhagen's South Harbour to a Scandinavian pension fund for around EUR 92 million. The sale brings an increase in value of 68% compared to the purchase. Investors can expect more than 200% total return; Fund liquidation 2027.

Real I.S. leases 1,250 m² in the modern AERA office property in Berlin-Charlottenburg

Real I.S. is leasing around 1,250 m² in the AERA office property in Berlin-Charlottenburg to BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH. BEW is setting up a project office there for the transformation of the nearby combined heat and power plant. The move-in is planned for July 1, 2026.

Manova Partners has acquired the fully let production and logistics property "Gateway 65" in the greater Nashville area. The property (28,450 m²) serves as the North American headquarters of a manufacturer of protection and security solutions; Term of the lease is ten years.

Flower International: Flower and ENGIE Sign Long-Term Battery Flexibility Purchase Agreement in Germany

ENGIE and Flower enter into a seven-year virtual Flexibility Purchase Agreement (FPA) for 126 MW of BESS-based flexibility in Germany. It will start on 1 January 2029 and will support, among other things, the 100 MW/400 MWh project in Hamburg and Döllnitz (63 MW/257 MWh).

Nordex Group receives new US orders for a total of 484 MW

The Nordex Group has received three new orders in the USA for a total of 484 MW. One order includes 32 N133/4.8 turbines (around 154 MW), two further 56 N163/5.X turbines (around 350 MW); Customers and projects remain unnamed. CEO Manav Sharma sees further growth in North America.
