Ten Brinke and CRX Real Estate sell 300 apartments in Berlin to Berlinovo

A joint venture between Ten Brinke and CRX Real Estate is selling two residential construction projects with around 300 units in Berlin to the state-owned Berlinovo as part of a forward deal. The projects in Lichtenberg and Marzahn-Hellersdorf are under construction and are scheduled for completion by the beginning of 2028.

Aroundtown Further Develops Hansahaus Dortmund with New Lease to Sparkasse and Serviced Apartments

Aroundtown has signed a long-term lease agreement with Sparkasse Dortmund for almost 1,900 m² for a new flagship branch in Hansahaus Dortmund. At the same time, 134 serviced apartments are being built with a planned opening by the end of 2026.

Quantum Immobilien AG has acquired a residential and commercial building at Wilhelmstraße 44-46 in Wiesbaden for an institutional investor. Built in 2019, the property offers 34 apartments and four commercial units with around 4,380 m² of rental space. The purchase price was not disclosed.

An international 3PL from the healthcare sector is leasing almost 37,300 m² in Segro Park Dortmund (Hall C: approx. 33,000 m² warehouse, 900 m² office, the rest mezzanine). Handover is planned for October. Segro aims for DGNB platinum; JLL brokered the lease.

The Nordex Group has received an order from NeXtWind for 112 MW for the Altmark wind farm in Saxony-Anhalt: 16 N175/6.X turbines at a hub height of 179 m, including 20 years of premium service. Installation from November 2027, commissioning in spring 2028.

GreenPlaces has acquired a 5,600 m² plot of land in Rülzheim (RLP) to build 26 modular commercial units. Around 7.5 million euros will be invested; Construction is scheduled to begin at the end of 2026 and is planned for timber construction, photovoltaics, green roofs and heat pumps.

Newmark brokers residential development site in Berlin-Charlottenburg to Instone Real Estate

Newmark has exclusively advised on the sale of the "Project Castle" development site at Heubnerweg 2–6 in Berlin-Charlottenburg to Instone Real Estate. Around 640 residential units are planned on the 25,000-square-metre site. According to Newmark Research, Berlin's largest real estate transaction in 2026.
