JLL: Patrizia sells retail park in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg

On behalf of its customers, Patrizia has sold a retail park in Hermann-Blankenstein-Straße in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg to a national portfolio holder. The property, built in 2002, offers 22,000 m², 250 parking spaces and is fully let. JLL advised on the sale.

Qualitas Energy awarded 113 MW in heavily oversubscribed onshore wind tender

Qualitas Energy has been awarded three onshore wind projects with a total of 113.2 MW in the May tender. The 16 plants in Rhineland-Palatinate and Lower Saxony are expected to supply around 75,000 households; the round was heavily oversubscribed with 6,409 MW bids at 2,495 MW volume.

AM ALPHA is leasing the 200 Broomielaw office building in Glasgow to the UK Home Office on a long-term basis. Around 7,400 m² of Grade A space is used by the HM Passport Office. The modernised building with EPC-A is one of the largest lettings in recent years.
