ATechX has achieved an asset base of over €400 billion and venture funding of over €1.5 billion with its international partner network. Apleona and Zacua Ventures are joining as new partners. The platform is preparing the fourth cohort.

HAMBURG TEAM and Goldbeck have celebrated the laying of the foundation stone for construction site 5 "LEO & LEA" in Leipzig's Löwitz Quartier. 179 apartments and an underground car park are planned; 70 units are publicly funded. Shell construction until January 2027, energy standard KfW 40-QNG.

Ehret+Klein AG continues its strategic development. Co-founder Michael Ehret is leaving the operational business of Ehret+Klein AG.

ehret+klein continues to drive forward its transformation: In mid-June, Jörg Schürmann will become CFO and join the Management Board. CEO Sebastian Wasser has extended his contract by three years. Co-founder Michael Ehret will leave the operational business on 15.06.2026 and will remain a shareholder.

TAG Immobilien AG: 25.6% of shareholders opt for the scrip dividend

25.6% of TAG shareholders voted for the scrip dividend. As a result, 1,293,399 new shares will be issued; the total number increases by 0.7% to 190,328,340. The new shares are scheduled to be listed on the stock exchange and the cash dividend is to be paid out on June 24, 2026.

Topping-out ceremony for HEY Charlottenburg in Berlin

HAMBURG TEAM and OTTO WULFF celebrated the topping-out ceremony for HEY Charlottenburg on Berlin's Mierendorff Island. By mid-2027, 337 apartments, a daycare center, common areas and two courtyards will be built. The quarter complies with KfW-55-NH with PV, heat pumps and green roofs.
