Westbridge reorganizes energy supply for 90 delivery points in the PROPERIUM portfolio

Westbridge Advisory has restructured the electricity and gas supply of a German office portfolio for property manager PROPERIUM and contracted 90 new delivery points on a long-term basis. Electricity will run from 1.8.2026 to the end of 2030 (from 2029 approx. 4.75 GWh/year), gas 2029–2030 (approx. 3.44 GWh/year each) at fixed prices.

ASR Dutch Core Residential Fund grows to EUR 2.4 billion in real estate assets in 2025

The ASR Dutch Core Residential Fund will grow from EUR 2.1 billion to EUR 2.4 billion in 2025; rental income rises to EUR 87.2 million. The total return is 9.9 percent, the fund remains debt-free and comprises 6,137 residential units.
