CBRE Investment Management: Pan-European residential fund expands with further acquisition in Copenhagen and is on its way to one billion euros

CBRE Investment Management is expanding its pan-European residential fund ERP with the acquisition of a residential complex with 132 apartments in Ishøj near Copenhagen. The capital raised is EUR 866 million; after full investment, the fund volume is expected to exceed EUR 1 billion.
