Immonow is a subsidiary of Raiffeisen Immobilien Vermittlung. As such, she is responsible for digitalization, innovation and software development at Raiffeisen Immobilien, Austria’s largest brokerage association. As Managing Director, Samuel Krivic will be responsible for the further strategic and operational development of Immonow together with the previous sole managing director Ing. Mag. (FH) Peter Weinberger. The focus is on the practice-oriented digitalisation of business processes and the development of efficient and sustainable IT solutions for the Raiffeisen Real Estate Organisation.
Krivic has many years of experience at the interface of the real estate industry, information technology and process management. After training as an information technician with a focus on Internet and media technology, he gained professional experience in various IT functions. In 2017, Krivic moved to Raiffeisen Immobilien, where he co-founded the software subsidiary Immonow in 2018 together with Michael Mack, MA, MRICS. From 2019, he worked as Business Manager at Immonow, and in 2022 he took over operational responsibility as an authorized signatory. At the same time, he heads the Operations Management & IT department at Raiffeisen Immobilien Treuhand. In June 2025, Krivic completed his master’s degree in Management & IT – Strategy, Technology and Management at Danube University Krems.
With the new management team, Immonow is relying on continuity and many years of internal expertise. Krivic brings both in-depth technical know-how and extensive knowledge of the processes and requirements in the real estate industry to his new role. Authorized signatory Christian Charzewski has been the technical mastermind behind all software solutions since Immonow was founded in 2018.
Christian Charzewski started his career in information technology in 2005 as an independent software developer. In 2009, he founded his own IT company. In 2018, he joined Raiffeisen Immobilien, where he made a significant contribution to building up Immonow Services together with Mack and Krivic. Since 2022, he has been responsible for all technical product development as CTO. The passionate software developer made a significant contribution to the creation of all Immonow products.
