MOD wins the ULI PropTech Innovation Challenge 2026 in Switzerland. The Zurich-based AI platform brings prefabrication into planning at an early stage and is intended to reduce costs, deadlines and risks. MOD qualifies for the European final; the overall winner will be crowned on 5 November in Dublin.

The Dr. Peters Group is taking over the investor management for nine funds of Deutsche Immobilien Leasing GmbH, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank. In doing so, it serves over 10,000 additional investors and strengthens its business in renewable energies. Further mandates are in preparation.

Following a successful repeat audit, Aengevelt has once again received the ICG certificate for compliance management – the seventh in a row, valid until 31 August 2029. The handover was carried out by Karin Barthelmes-Wehr. The ISO 9001 surveillance audit was also successful.

HIH Real Estate concluded 175 leases for around 159,700 m² in the 1st half of 2026: 80 new lettings and 95 extensions. The largest deals: Deutsche Post (40,300 m², Bergkamen) and the early extension of Deloitte (approx. 17,000 m²) at ZEBRA Frankfurt.
