At EXPO REAL in Munich, ADPIC signed five memoranda of understanding with Siemens, Partners Group, AHK, PATRIZIA and HENN. The aim is to collaborate on digital project management and public-private partnerships (PPPs). The delegation held over 100 meetings and is linking a US$56 billion programme with specialist expertise.

SEGRO begins eighth phase of construction at SEGRO Park Berlin Airport

SEGRO is launching the eighth construction phase at SEGRO Park Berlin Airport. Four buildings will house 44 units totalling around 55,300 m² of warehouse, office and service space; these will be available from January 2028. The project includes a 3.5 MWp solar PV system, BEG-40 construction standards and DGNB Gold certification.
