The Ypsilon Group, the consulting firm with a special focus on financial services, real estate and private equity, is advising the Munich-based investment company T2Y Capital on its first generation of funds. The company is a financial investor specializing in buyout and growth capital with a focus on renewable energies and related future industries.
Specifically, Ypsilon supports T2Y Fund I in the areas of accounting, tax consulting, tax and regulatory compliance as well as administration. The focus is on the correct implementation of the fund contractual framework and the early consideration of tax requirements when involving national and international investors. The fund had its first closing in 2025 and is structured as a special AIF. It has a planned term of ten years.
