Areal Consulting GmbH (AREAL) is expanding its presence in southern Germany and relocating its branch from Ulm to Stuttgart. The new location is located at Königstraße 5 in a central city centre location.
With this step, AREAL is reacting to the growing number of projects in the region and strengthening its proximity to existing and future clients in a targeted manner. “Stuttgart and the surrounding region are among the most economically dynamic locations in Germany and offer an attractive environment for demanding architectural and planning tasks,” says Jan Sieg, Managing Director of AREAL.
AREAL is already active in the region with several projects, including the tenant fit-out at Lautenschlagerstraße 2 and Königstraße 10c and the general renovation of the building services at Königstraße 12. The new location is the logical further development of the previous presence in southern Germany: Starting from Ulm, which for a long time was the geographically and strategically ideal starting point for supporting southern German projects, AREAL has expanded its regional presence with Munich and has now moved Ulm to Stuttgart. The new branch will enable ongoing projects to be supported even more intensively and efficiently in the future. At the same time, the local presence creates the basis for the further expansion of business relationships and new project opportunities.
Initially, three employees will work at the Stuttgart site and accompany the ongoing projects on site. A step-by-step further development of the team is planned in the course of future project development.
In addition to its headquarters in Mainz, AREAL is already represented in Düsseldorf, Berlin and Munich and, with the new location in Stuttgart, is strengthening its presence in the most important German real estate and economic regions in a targeted manner – a further step in its strategic development and positioning in one of Germany’s central real estate markets.
