AREAL opens new branch in Stuttgart

AREAL is relocating its branch from Ulm to Stuttgart (Königstraße 5) and strengthening its proximity to projects in the region. At the start, three employees will work on site; ongoing projects are supervised more intensively. The presence in southern Germany is strategically expanded.

New medical center for Berlin: Transformation of the existing building completed

In Berlin-Spandau, the conversion of an office and administration building at Galenstraße 6 into a medical centre has been completed. AREAL took over the approval planning and tenant fit-outs; Completion was in March 2026. The concept enables flexible, barrier-free multi-tenant use.

AREAL realises tenant fit-out for E.ON in Munich on around 20,000 m²

Areal Consulting GmbH is planning and supervising the tenant fit-out for E.ON in Munich on an area of around 20,000 m². The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2027 and will create modern working environments according to New Work standards.
